Students are not obliged to wait for replies (our confirmation) to change their lab dates (when making-up the labs - regular makeups ). After writing the request to the department (which is still required), you are automatically allowed to change your term if:
-The negative answer does not come (e.g. if the class becomes over-registered)
-The topic is not the simulation lab (must be confirmed by us beforehand, otherwise you are not allowed to make-up). Please, write make-up requests to us with the subject "making-up SIMULATION".
Mind the rule: GM students are not allowed to make-up in dentistry labs (different program, different duration).
We hope, this update to the current make-up system be trouble-free and students adopt it easily.

- via email, subject: making-up Regular Lab or making-up SIMULATION
- at least one working day before the lab starts
- early to increase the chance to be granted place
